What we handle

The words you type, the voice and speed you pick, and the payment record. We do not ask you to make an account, and we do not ask for your name or email. Stripe, our payment service, collects your email and card details on its own page.

Why

Only to make your recording, let you download it, and take payment. We do not sell your information. We do not use your words to train AI models.

How your recording is made

Your words are sent to a voice service that turns them into speech, and the audio comes straight back to you. We do not keep your audio files. To keep your download link working for 30 days, the words, voice and speed are stored with your payment record at Stripe, and we make the audio again when you open your link.

Free previews

When you press Hear it, the first few lines of your words are sent to the voice service and played back to you. Nothing is saved on our side.

Who sees it

Service providers handle parts of the work under their own privacy terms: payments (Stripe), voice making, and hosting. People at HoldBytes can see order records when a customer needs help.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser may save a draft of your words on your own device so they are still there if you come back. We never see that draft.

Your choices

You can stop at any time. Your recording link stops working after 30 days. To ask about an order, write to SHORE AI LLC at the address in our Terms.

Security

Information travels over encrypted connections and is kept with reputable cloud providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise it.

Children

HoldBytes is for businesses and adults. It is not meant for children under 13.
